Return Policy

We want you to love your new furniture. You may return or exchange your order within 30 days of pick up or delivery.

  • For full credit, all returned merchandise must accompany the original sales receipt and must be in the same condition as when purchased, complete with all accessories, instructions, and hardware.
  • The original delivery fee will not be refunded, and the customer will be charged an additional $99 delivery fee if replacement furniture is selected and delivery is required or if BT is required to pick up the returned item(s).
  • Mattresses may be returned, provided that a mattress protector was purchased when the mattress was purchased, evidenced on the receipt.
  • “As is”, Floor Models, clearance items and bedding may not be returned.

What items cannot be returned?

Products must be in the same condition as when purchased, complete with all accessories, instructions, and hardware.

Mattresses can be returned if mattress cover is on receipt and applied to mattress while in your home.

As-is, floor models, clearance items and bedding may not be returned or exchanged.
