Do you offer financing?

Yes! We offer various purchase options that you can use to pay for your order over time. In addition to financing we offer lease-to-own, if your credit is less than stellar, for both in-store and online orders. Apply online and receive a quick decision. It’s that simple so you can focus on furnishing your home.

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as when purchased. Read our full policy here.

What is the status of my delivery?

We will deliver your order based on the date selected at checkout. You will receive a text message 30 minutes before our delivery team arrives. If your order is out for delivery today, then you may check status below.

What are your showroom hours?

Our Garland, Plano and South Dallas showrooms are open Monday - Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM and 11 AM to 6 PM on Sunday. We are closed or have modified hours on federal holidays. View our locations page.
